Return & Exchanges

Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Par Breaker is not responsible for lost return shipments

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@parbreaker.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Digital Products & Subscriptions

All digital products, app features, and subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
