How Does the Par Breaker Warranty Work?

Par Breaker products are covered by a standard 1- or 2-year (depending on product) limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, theft, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or service performed by anyone other than the Par Breaker Authorized Service Department.

To obtain warranty service, please retain your original proof of purchase and contact Par Breaker Customer Support. When contacting us, please provide your serial number (SN):

  • The serial number is located on the product label; or
  • If the product has Bluetooth functionality, connect the product to the Par Breaker App, where the serial number will be displayed.
