If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Par Breaker, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product, provided that the product is returned with postage prepaid and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, theft, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or any service or maintenance performed by anyone other than a Par Breaker Authorized Service Department.
